If you have decided to buy property n Bulgaria, we recommend that you stick to the following couple of advices:
1. Choose some properties from our portfolio, that match your criteria. If you cnnot find anything suitable on our web site, please feel free to contact us and explain us in details about what exactly do you need. Soon we will conract you back with an offer, prepared for you individually.
2. One of our consultants will send you detailed information of the property (or properties) that you are interested in - up-to-date pictures, pricelists, availability lists, payment terms, etc.
3. When you have decided what seems interesting to you, then it is time to tak ethedecision whether to vsit Bulgaria and the property, or continue with the deal on the Internet. We advice that you personally come to Bulgaria and see the property yourself. You just need to book your flight and tell us the details - everything else is our job! We will meet you t the airport, transfer you the hotel, or book you one if you haven't, and according to the duration of your stay in Bulgaria, we will organise viewing trips (free) for the properties that you have chosen. We will do our best to answer all of your questions and provide you all the information that you need, and negotiate the best possible sale conditions for the property that is of your interest.
4. If needed we can help you open a bank account in Bulgaria, sign a contact and/or other official documents. If you have decided to buy land or house with land, you have to register a local company according to the Bulgarian legislation.
